I’m 5’10 and now somewhere around 200 lbs, eating between 500 and 1000 above maintenance
I honestly don’t need much junk food or drink anything sugary but most of my diet is homemade hamburgers and other ground meat dishes
You are probably overdoing the protein and fat and not eating enough sugar / milk / white rice / fruit.
Carbs should be over 50% of your calories, possibly over 60%

500-1000kcal above maintenance means that you gain 50lbs to 100lbs in a year. you absolute FRICKING moron. You are lucky to put 5-10lbs of lean muscle mass in a year and obviously if you arent a beginner you wont put anywhere near even that. You will literally lose all of those 5-10lbs of muscle if you need to cut fricking 40-90lbs of fat.
Just eat around 200kcal above maintenance.
Name the foods you're eating as well as your height and weight.
You shouldn't be eating junk food for the sake of bulking even if you're skinny.
