Im 36 years old and still worrying about trying to get a 6 pack

A normal functioning man stopped caring about this at like age 20 and moved on to other more important stuff, like making a business, getting money, building up and owning a bunch of assets

Meanwhile im still stuck in the "le want a good looking body" phase - I never left that phase.

Does this mean I have a learning disability?

Correct. Dudes who have the job, the money, the girl, etc? If they also have the time, guess what they're doing? Lifting and working out.

Sounds more like you have a lifting disability.
You've had enough years to achieve it, what have you been doing? Did you even try?

Ive been perma-cutting and kept failing every cut ive ever done

I get from like 30% BF down to 18% BF than I quit and give up because im always hungry and pissed off despite needing to drop another 8-10% bodyfat

Same with me. Anyone know a good way to keep on a cut until I'm actually shredded?
I already drink a frickton of black coffee and no sugar energy drinks, I take this leanmode shit that suppresses appetite, I'm active and walk atleast 8 miles a day and lift. Idk what else would help

          There is no secret

Its literally about pushing through the hunger for as long as possible.

The fact we cant do this is because we're mentally weak

You should take breaks every 12 weeks or so to reset your hormones. You have to actually count calories and eat clean during the breaks, though. Otherwise you'll just pig out.

just get money and look good homie you can do both

No you can't, or at least I can't.

Cutting takes all of my mental energy, I literally have to spend every waking hour distracting myself with some kind of crutch to avoid the hunger, and it has to be some kind of easy consoooooming crutch

Making money takes effort which I cannot express when i am expending so much effort on trying to get lean

you don't need abs to look good
a 15% bf build will mog 99.99% of males and takes 20% the effort for 80% of the results
don't let perfect be the enemy of good
also get some money wtf man you're 36, i hope you have a wife and kids otherwise you're fricked

it is, but it's still not too late you homosexual
get a good ENOUGH body, don't obsess over abs and go get some fricking money
remember, 20% of the effort for 80% of the results
and you can apply it to everything

Nothing wrong about being a late bloomer or wanting to actually achieve something. Question is, are you just worrying about it or did you man up and are actually doing something to get there?

Real men move on after 20 because they achieve abs long before then and maintain them until their late fifties. Just like they move on from getting a GF at age 14, because they find someone.
