I'm about to give up IST. For the last 10 years I've been working out nigh everyday even if it's just cycling and rowing on the weekends. But with my height, at 5'6'' I have nothing to offer. I can get really cut look like a camel jockey or bulk up and look like a UFC fighter light weight, but either way it's near pointless if you're under 5'8. How is it... in 2022, we have cures for all manner of disease and virus' and we can't gentically make ourselves taller??
So spent probably on average 2 to 3 hours per day working out in some form...7 days a week. and ... I'm sort of done. I may just cycle a bit to maintain my flat stomach but that's it... There's no point.
