I'm in college so I either make my own food to get enough protein or just use the money I have to eat like shit and party

        >party
stop falling for the "you are in college you have to bang 15 girls and drink alcohol"

        you will regret it later.

Frozen Lima beans and butter beans. They aren't bad, have decent protein and lot's of fiber. If you have the space to cook, whole chickens are a high return on value for meat. Liver is the highest value but it tastes like shit and you can get vitamin A toxicity if you eat too much. If you can stomach it, soak it in milk, slice it up, and fry it then wolf it down.

No he won't. As long as he can keep up with his responsibilities, doesn't become an alcoholic and doesn't knock up a random one night stand, there's nothing wrong with partying at uni.

buy a big pack of pork loin chops and 2 pounds of white beans, should cost you 10$ total
you can eat for 4-5 days on that, a pot of 1lb beans and 2lb meat can be 2 days of meals

I'm trying to avoid pork but you're probably right, I'd be saving 40% for the meats.

Some pork cuts are cheaper than beef and can give you variety. Can't recommend grains, they're slop. You want to be a peasant? Eat your slop. Why waste money on peas and green beans? They provide nothing that beef doesn't that your body can actually use.

    I do taco bowls.
Beef and rice, but put a packet of taco seasoning in the beef. Picante, Pico, hot sauce, and lime juice. Been eating it multiple times a week for years and I never get sick of it

If you're broke broke, you should be eating rice and beans by the bucket (and boiled potatoes).
