        you could do that, although more is probably better. you might burn out exercising every day, but if you're just planning to do 30 mins or so of LISS, it should be manageable. just see how your body responds, man.

        Nah, you can do it on all days that aren't legs, and aren't immediately before legs.
        Keeping it to like 30 min or less, nothing crazy.

    I actually do upper/lower 4x week and replace second leg day with cardio since its mostly legs anyway.

    Honestly Running isn't enough to replace a leg day. I do 5k runs 3x a week and legs twice. Usually even if you only did running you would spend about 2 days doing conditioning for your legs but it can't replace dedicated leg work.

    I switched to doing 4x lift (3 upper, 1 lower), 3x cycling but on my leg day I do a more strength oriented program over hypertrophy.

    If you're trying to maintain/cut, if you're going hard enough in running I'd say at max do 1-2x a week. If you're bulking 2-3x. Just listen to your body.
