    >Im eating 800 calories per day
Major doubt. Unless you're eating a single meal a day and never snacking you are almost certainly counting wrong.

Cut carbs and watch the weight melt off

      Fix what

How long have you been doing this for?

      How much/often do you drink?

Also if you ask your gp to check your thyroid, you'll find the answer to your question within a couple weeks.

Only one of those is true, based on the countless failed weight loss "attempts" that former coworkers made.

lol op no clue why but your thread seems to have attracted all gays and baiters on this board.
As counter-balance I will try to give genuine feedback. If you are not lying about anything, then clearly the solution is not increasing the amount of activity but optimizing it. The goal is to burn fat, not sugars (carbs) during activity, and the problem is the way to convince your body to switch to the more efficient but harder to start up process of burning lipids this is slightly different for everyone. For me, I find that the easiest way to reach that point is a short tough leg workout until you start feeling a little nauseous, hypoglycemia starts to hit you a bit. Then, you do sustained moderate exercise for a decent while 30-60 min, such as stairmasters. Always have a pack of sugar in your pocket, if you start feeling really shit tunnel visioning and sweating cold, pop it right the frick away and hold it under your tongue. Fresh air also helps but you should be a-ok in some 5 minutes. Next time, reduce intensity to not reach that break point again. I also find that morning workouts are better for this. If you alternate this workout with normal ones hopefully some results will show in a week or two, especially if you do 7 a week, its worth the shot.

Thank you. Its really tuff for me even going gym with everyone staring at me and especially women in the tights. I always look too long by accident and i dont really talk to anyone there. The stairs are a little scary i feel like I am going to fall off and the treadmill is okay I guess but it is next to everyone and they can see me and one time kids recorded me and laughed at me
