Alright dude, type 1 checking in, you can be skinny, or wherever you happen to fall, this really doesn’t matter, what does is insulin sensitivity/resistance. Your body is probably so jacked up that it’s super resistant to insulin based off your terrible diet.

Drop carbs, get sunlight, the sauna, focus on lifting and being active, sleeping well, every normal thing we associate with health causes an increase in insulin sensitivity. Do that and surprise surprise, you fix yourself. Don’t do drugs, you’ll frick up your endocrine system and it’s not worth an easy fix, which isn’t even a fix, just fricks you up further. Google ways to naturally increase insulin sensitivity and then do it. I hate the fact that i’ve been stuck on insulin since i was a skinny ten year old due to my auto immune system attacking the beta cells in my pancreas, and i can’t get out of it; whereas you guys accidentally diabetic yourselfs and have a very easy get out of jail free card, and still can’t figure it out.

      thx for the advice mate.
Yes I’m thankful that I don’t have type 1 because I know a friend who has it. I’ve been neglecting health for most part of my life and have been trying to fix my diet for the last two months. I’ve never been this active in my life and I hope it stays that way.

How do I know if I’m pre-diabetic? Do doctors check for this shit? I feel pretty awful when I don’t eat.

yeah you have to check your blood glucose level and a1c level which tells you the average blood glucose level the past 6months or something. Obv doctors know better but this is a way to check.
