well well well, isnt it the consequences of my actions?
youre probably a fat greasy obese piece of frick so dw, its from that and youre likely not perma diabetus yet.
I’ve actually been skinny af my whole life…that’s the weird part
pic is my body physique now
whelp, gotta admit thats a bit fishy in that case.
Not really, TOFI is rather common
my inbody was 33% at the peak of fatness but I looked skinny somehow lol.
you're not skinny, you're skinnyfat, your belly and breasts are flabby as frick
oh yeah I meant skinny fat. Before working out my bf% was like 30% from inbody lmao
I have seen skinnier people with the beetus. It's all about quality of your diet my dude
It's probably pre-diabetes and if you stop being a useless fat moron you can fix your shit.
Take some fricking accountability.
yeah I’ve been autistic pretty much all throughout highschool and college. recently started eating healthier but it’s only been like 2-3months
>fix your diet

eh im type2, but lean. Found out in March and now control it with metformin. My sleep has improved a lot, I now get up quite easily. Body is recomping nicely.
blood sugar went from 14 (fasted) to 5.4-6.1
Its better you know now.
Damn that gives me some hope thx
>dumbass redditor thinks he's young and can "take it"
>thinks he can just ignore his health until 30 and then start a "healthy lifestyle"
>turns out he can't
Many such cases!
Alright dude, type 1 checking in, you can be skinny, or wherever you happen to fall, this really doesn’t matter, what does is insulin sensitivity/resistance. Your body is probably so jacked up that it’s super resistant to insulin based off your terrible diet.
Drop carbs, get sunlight, the sauna, focus on lifting and being active, sleeping well, every normal thing we associate with health causes an increase in insulin sensitivity. Do that and surprise surprise, you fix yourself. Don’t do drugs, you’ll frick up your endocrine system and it’s not worth an easy fix, which isn’t even a fix, just fricks you up further. Google ways to naturally increase insulin sensitivity and then do it. I hate the fact that i’ve been stuck on insulin since i was a skinny ten year old due to my auto immune system attacking the beta cells in my pancreas, and i can’t get out of it; whereas you guys accidentally diabetic yourselfs and have a very easy get out of jail free card, and still can’t figure it out.
thx for the advice mate.
Yes I’m thankful that I don’t have type 1 because I know a friend who has it. I’ve been neglecting health for most part of my life and have been trying to fix my diet for the last two months. I’ve never been this active in my life and I hope it stays that way.
How do I know if I’m pre-diabetic? Do doctors check for this shit? I feel pretty awful when I don’t eat.
yeah you have to check your blood glucose level and a1c level which tells you the average blood glucose level the past 6months or something. Obv doctors know better but this is a way to check.
Unironically do keto. This is actually an applicable workcase for it.
op is a fricking homosexual. i got permanent long term illness at 21, you can fix pre diabeetus. if you took this long to realize you have no outward damage either. frick you get fit you fat slobbering moron there is time yet.
thx for the pep talk
Once you get type two you can't get rid of it? I thought you could.
That fricking sucks lole
135 isn’t crazy just eat a bit better and check again in a week, you can buy a tester and strips for like $30 on amazon
Sounds like mine, and I'm T2D
Do you take any medication?
