the back exercises on this one made me feel lat and upperback/posterior delt DOMS. you would need rings tho. you can make it very easy so you can focus on proper activation of the muscles. basically scap pullups, ring rows with neutral grip(focusing on pulling all the way to your ribs on each rep), and ring rear delt flies. works a charm

do rows btw, I think the jumping pullups or negative whatever the frick it's called don't work that well, just overall shred more body fat and do rows to strenghten the posterior chain, you will be doing sets of 5 pullups in no time bro
same with dips, your weight is what preventing you from doing all that, you make real gains in the kitchen
if you haven't already buy rings, it will make basic shit harder with instability and will be a game changer for your wrists since your body will adjust itself to put your wrists in the most comfortable position when doing a lift

Mobility work is severely neglected by gymbros. I started doing it more recently since I got into climbing. Hips are getting there. Wrist and fingers really need some work before I get a serious injury.

ive tried so many row variations, i just cant feel my back or do any pullups
