        Starving yourself slows the frick out of your metabolism because your body is trying to stop you from starving to death, you'll unironically lose weight faster if you just use a deficit calculator to figure out how many calories is required to maintain your current weight and cut a few hundred.

        mostly by distracting myself and working on various things so much to the point where I lose track of time. at that point the feeling of an empty stomach becomes familiar.

        I also drink a lot of water or coffee. just be sure to eat something though, dont just eat nothing because that won't work either.

    Focus on doing some type of physical activity and only eat when you have to. I have a pretty fast metabolism and I only need for energy, not pleasure.

    The easiest weightloss method is to have actual unshakeable motivation and the easiest method of attaining that is to want to chase girls badly enough. And do basically OMAD and be preoccupied through the day. Worked for me. Really you're not losing weight because you have no motivation to. That's always the real problem. Find an actual reason which you can starve yourself over and maybe stop being so consumerist. Pro advice.

    Play a video game and try real hard to do well. Focus and you'll forget you're hungry. Plus you'll burn lots of calories, sweating from the mental exertion.

    You don't even have to leave the computer or go outside!

    you can eat. you just have to watch WHAT you eat. that's the crucial part here.
    also anon don't forget to exercise. i recommend buying a bicycle and doing some laps every day or two. that alone does it. and don't forget to drink water! that keeps you full! tea and coffee also keep you quite full. but you have to learn to drink them without sugar/milk that's very crucial. you have to fall in love with the bitter taste

    I struggle with gaining weight. What works for me is doing something you find engaging so that you feel eating zis a waste of time. Just make sure to drink enough water. I also eat Japanese peanuts because they're a continent snack.
