also anon don't forget to exercise. i recommend buying a bicycle and doing some laps every day or two. that alone does it. and don't forget to drink water! that keeps you full! tea and coffee also keep you quite full. but you have to learn to drink them without sugar/milk that's very crucial. you have to fall in love with the bitter taste
I struggle with gaining weight. What works for me is doing something you find engaging so that you feel eating zis a waste of time. Just make sure to drink enough water. I also eat Japanese peanuts because they're a continent snack.

Focus on doing some type of physical activity and only eat when you have to. I have a pretty fast metabolism and I only need for energy, not pleasure.

I'm on my second day and ive been forcing myself to go to sleep alot it's the only way to escape the hunger
