+20lbs of muscle in a year is doable if you hit arms and shoulders the day after bench and do volume legs after heavy same with bench. Especially where you're at. You'll weigh like 40lbs more but you'll be way more frickable bro.

I feel like how big my stomach looks is totally independent to my weight after you get to a certain degree of leanness. Bloating, water weight, and shit like that seem to have a bigger day to day impact on how flat my stomach looks than a 5 lb up or down weight range. I've looked at my stomach in the mirror at my lowest weight and thought I looked like a fatter than when I was 10lbs heavier and simply woke up having skipped dinner one night.
