It’s literally fine. I remember Brian Shaw and juju going to planet fitness as a joke. While the machines were easy for Shaw (still pretty close to his literal strongest man in the world title at the time) juju was struggling despite a decade plus lifting experience and a frick ton of gear. There is no reason why 99.9% of people can’t make due with planet fitness besides the crowds

It is fine. You may need to modify your workouts somewhat if youre very strong (pre-exhaust doing isolation before doing compound; superset; etc) plus, many locations are 24 hours.
