    what are you looking to get out of bulking if youre just doing cardio 5x a week? the point of bulking is to more easily put on muscle mass while lifting weights, not lifting and just doing cardio would completely defeat the purpose of bulking

        as a noob you dont have to bulk, just eat at a slight surplus on days where you lift, enough protein (130g ish) and you will gain muscle mass

            if youre doing that much cardio i would just keep eating the way you are now and swap two cardio days for two days where you just lift. generally you want to eat something like 500kcal above maintenance to put on muscle

    Probably sort out the leech issue first. They eat at 500kcal surplus and start lifting. Ppl is a decent beginner program

    Don't go bulking, just eat a tad more, like a little bit more than you are used to and life weight instead of cardio. That will help you reach your goal.

    Bulking is a big pit amateurs can lose themselves in. it's not worth it if you aren't a FREAK. ITS PISS!

    You do not need to "bulk", as bulking means eating (in the words of Ripplebreasts) as many Big Macs as you can throw down. Instead, do this
    >lift weights
    >have chocolate milk with protein powder as a post-workout shake
    >do everything else the same as you've been doing

    Start lifting or do calisthetics 3x to 5x a week forget cardio, just load as much volume for 45 min to an hour max, while consuming 1.2g of protein per lbs 4 to 5 meals a days, stay consistent at least 6 months, after that go on a cut + cosentric lifting until u lean, there will be a noticeable difference in ur upper body which is what u're lacking

        No one said don't do cardio ever, it will limit how much muscle u can put on, after u finish bulking and gaining mass resume cardio but only once or twice a week and u don't look like u do any cardio tbh
