bruh I started browsing the chan back around 21, and I'm 39 now. Wild how fast time flies.
Also obligatory the internet is shit now and there's no where else to go.
Try being 38. I clung on to the "I'm one of you guys!" for the uni-aged crowd for as long as physically possible, but over the past 3-4 years, it's gone from the older guy around to sectioned off completely as a different breed from a different time. Literally the old guy now. In a way 31 is the best age because you start being hyper alert to your age and are inclined to be compensating for it, it's like you're fighting and you know your time is limited. Over time that kind of fight gets harder, your odds get longer, and in the end you are either "someone's dad" or a genetic dead end and the young girls don't even bother giving you the stink eye anymore because they view it as self-evident they're not interested in you.
this for real, the important distinction is staying healthy. The difference between a 34 year old who eats like shit with a sedentary lifestyle and the 34 year old who works out 2-4x per week and even just sort of watches their diet is huge.
Aging sucks, but only if you let yourself go (external factors such as sickness notwithstanding)
Stay active, watch your diet, drink lots of water and wear sunscreen every day.
This is true. I'm 35, while it does suck immensely getting old, as long as you take care of yourself, eat right etc, things will be much better for you.
There is one positive side on getting older. Even when you are an absolute total loser in your 20s and early 30s (like most men because getting successful means sitting down for hours doing shit you don't want to), you eventually will figure it out.
Also granted you started lifting in your early 20s, you will never be as strong as in your late 30s/early 40s, unless you did steroids I guess kek.
Benefits of transfering your soul from your flesh prison into a machine:
-If your current body starts breaking down from the rust and use just get a new one
-If you become fatally injured just get a new body
-No more need to sleep, eat or shit
-Your genes are shit? just get new ones
etc.
>deadliftan >guy next to me compliments my form >"How old are ya? 21?" >coyly chuckle out "30"
I have been thinking about that single compliment for days now I can't believe how easy I am to butter up
There's nothing you can do, time marches invariably on. That's why it's so important to seize the day, live in the present. Your time existing is extremely short and it seemingly passes by faster the older you get, like sand slipping through your fingers.
Live today.
well then stop it
Time is an illusion, there is only the present. Fear of the future is produced by the mind, practice no mind.
You’re also gonna die some day. Luckily you’ve done this all before, and will again.

Epitalon, Thymulin, GHK Cu, SNAP 8, and other peptides are good if you're looking for drugs with anti aging properties

Why?
Nothing wrong with getting old, so long as you keep yourself healthy

have a nice day
Stop being a materialist.
If you things right in your youth, you will have a decent life as an oldgay.
You should be afraid of not doing enough now, rather than getting old.

tfw your real life hasn't started yet but it could be over any moment.
