Just cut and stabilize your health, then put on some muscle.

if you just want to see your own abs, just do a lot of cardio and sit ups and stop eating junk food. you already have the muscles, you just need to lose some fat

      > you already have the muscles
Huge assumption to make there. Most people’s abs are way too small for them to be truly visible, even at 12% bf. You may be able to slightly see them if you suck your stomach in, but that’s it really.

Cut while you have nothing to lose. Trust me I bulked first and now I have to cut below my original weight because I'm still skinnyfat and now my gains are stalling

    Cut and then maingain
That doesn't mean you shouldn't weight train or eat a high protein diet though.

Cut with high protein diet. People who say bulk or >maingain are gaslighting you and do not want you to make it.

Recomping is legit and far better than cutting

It works for nattys too its just a slower process

if you just want to see your own abs, just do a lot of cardio and sit ups and stop eating junk food. you already have the muscles, you just need to lose some fat

Eat less; then the abs will show.

          >le abs are made in the kitchen meme
No OP, do some leg raises and isolation work. Base abs are always shit

            >just look like shit for two years bro!
            >Just enjoy your non visable gains for over a year bro!
            >just keep hating the disgusting thing you see in the mirror every day bro!
            >so what if you have a nice day in the gym 5+ days a week for no visual progress? Trust the process bro
            >oh btw stacy hit me up, sorry bro i know you had a crush on her, but when she saw my abs at that party last week she practically pinned me down. I had no choice bro.
            >dont worry bro you'll find a girl who likes your personality
Once again literal gaslighting. Advice like yours is why people turn to gear.

              HOly fucking cope
Yes whats much better is cycling between being a bloated fuck and a skinny gay twice a year, completely fucking up your hormones like a roidape just because you constantly shift between bodyfat %s
Muscle and fat are two different tissues and nattys only gain a small amount of muscle per year. do you really think that being 16% bodyfat rather than 13% is the difference between you creating muscle or not
You dumb fuck. Post your physique. I'll start with my maximum RECOMPED BODY and you can cope all you want
Enjoy slaving away in the gym for your 5 pounds of muscle and then losing half of that in your ebin "high protein cut" lmao

Explain to me why a natural at a normal bodyfat range doesn't have enough reserved bodyfat to use as energy for muscle growth

Have a weight range you oscillate between. Me for example it may be 80kg min and 86 max. I am paranoid about skin damage so I would always noobstart trying to cut down 1 or 2 kg by doing cardio like walking every day while listening to racist podcasts and maybe jogging 3x a week for 30 min to start with, you don't need to jog but you should for health and basic work capacity. I felt less tired being alive after I took up running. At least do some form of resistance training like calisthenics or lifting at all times. Take creatine and eat enough protein in order to maintain as much lean tissue as possible. A bulk should be small cal surplus and a cut should be at a rate of 1 kg/month, do more and you will lose STR.
So you could bulk 3 weeks gain 1 kg then do 2 week cut for 0.5 kg or whatever works for you. Eventually you have built the muscle but you need to lose the fat as you approach your max weight so then you could do 3-4 week cuts then 1-2 week bulks or just cut until you get @ or close to min weight.
you need to make sure you lift/train during the cuts and that you get good sleep, eat protein! Suicide cuts destroy muscle so avoid generally speaking. The overall trend of your min and your max weight should trend upward because you are building muscle but this should be done biannually in your planning.
Use that sailrabbit calorie calculator if you need help planning bulks and cuts.
