What's the point of this low effort trolling? You're either underage or some sub 90iq mystery meat shitskin.
Have a weight range you oscillate between. Me for example it may be 80kg min and 86 max. I am paranoid about skin damage so I would always noobstart trying to cut down 1 or 2 kg by doing cardio like walking every day while listening to racist podcasts and maybe jogging 3x a week for 30 min to start with, you don't need to jog but you should for health and basic work capacity. I felt less tired being alive after I took up running. At least do some form of resistance training like calisthenics or lifting at all times. Take creatine and eat enough protein in order to maintain as much lean tissue as possible. A bulk should be small cal surplus and a cut should be at a rate of 1 kg/month, do more and you will lose STR.
So you could bulk 3 weeks gain 1 kg then do 2 week cut for 0.5 kg or whatever works for you. Eventually you have built the muscle but you need to lose the fat as you approach your max weight so then you could do 3-4 week cuts then 1-2 week bulks or just cut until you get @ or close to min weight.
you need to make sure you lift/train during the cuts and that you get good sleep, eat protein! Suicide cuts destroy muscle so avoid generally speaking. The overall trend of your min and your max weight should trend upward because you are building muscle but this should be done biannually in your planning.
