I'm skinnyfat, 55 kilograms (121 lbs)
I only have fat on my stomach, seems like visceral fat.
I usually eat around 700-900 calories a day, 100 grams of protein included.
Used to just sit all day and stress out, that's why I'm fat.
I can subsist on 500-700 calories a day, sometimes even without eating any food for a day.
I'm trying to focus on losing the stomach fat first by having a diet low on calories and high in protein and running and walking, like right now, and after that, (how many months will it take?) I'll start eating 2000 calories a day to gain muscle. Does this sound like a good plan? I've read the sticky, what do you think guys?
I want to lose the fat on my gut, looks gross. I want a flat stomach.
Also, should I just run every day?

Oh, and I'm going to the gym, started by lifting water jugs at home and doing pushups for a couple months, now I'm a week into actually lifting weights at the gym

No you can't moron. Average inactive male needs at least 1400-1600 calories a day, and that's the bare minimum.

Why not? Is it bad for you or something? That's just how much I usually eat.

Its just not enough, unless you're really short and have some sort of metabolic complication

Not enough for what exactly, man? I don't know much about diets. I'm trying to lose the fat.
          I'm 176cm

NTA. That's not typically enough to maintain for anyone at all. Even when you plug in actual starved slave labor holocaustos into metabolism calculators they needed 1300kcal a day to maintain their frail bodies.

I don't have actual abs that stick out, but when I tense up my I guess abs, the fat over them is a very thin layer, but my gut still sticks out, that's why I think it's visceral
I hope it's subcutaneous, that would be easier to shed

This makes me think you're not nearly as fat as you think you are. You wouldn't happen to be anorexic, would you anon?

No, I legit have a beer gut that sometimes disappears, especially in the morning
I think it might be IBS, or the food that I eat over the day, but it's so weird, it legit becomes a beer belly, but it's better in the mornings, sometimes even flat
I should start tracking that shit daily

No it doesnt sound like a good plan. You should start lifting and eating at maintenance to recomp your body. Your bodyfat% will go down even if you gain weight (lean muscle mass).

Abs without ottermode is not a good goal. It might not even be possible if you dont have good genetics. You need to get lucky and store your fat in idk, your ass and legs instead of abs, buts thats not common in men. The numeric value how much bodyfat you are carrying right now is probably already low enough, you need to keep it so but add more muscle so your body "type" can change. Someone that has 12kg of fat and weighs 60kg will look a lot worse than someone that has 12kg of fat and weighs 80kg.

So according to my bmi, height and weight I should be eating 90-110 grams of protein and 1936-2178 (16x121, 18x121) calories a day. Does that sound good?

Bloating isn't fat anon. Bloating is caused by poor digestion and gas buildup. Visceral fat would stay around for the whole day. It's not a fat issue, it's a digestive issue

I did, though, that's how I calculated my calories and protein
It said you can't gain muscles and lose fat at the same time, so that's why I'm thinking about losing the fat first, and then starting to gain muscle

You calculated wrong, it's literally impossible to maintain 55 kay gees on a sub-1000 calorie diet.

Do you have abs? If not then that's not visceral fat that's subcutaneous fat.
