Do pushups and chinups until you're slightly bigger then.

Keep eating and you'll be up to bigger weight in no time and you'll look back at this moment thinking what a waste of time it was to ever think about

Don't worry, you're only just starting out, you'll be moving on in weeks/months. Just make sure your recovery is good too.

A lot of guys using heavy weights aren't even weight lifting, they are weight throwing. It's all ego. If they were to lift properly, with 5 second reps of controlled movement where the muscle is put in constant tension, they couldn't lift half as much. So don't worry about it.

I have waaaay more respect for people using the correct dumbbells for them, than ego lifting on something that's clearly too heavy.

I don’t understand why people get so self conscious. Other people are gay and retarted if they hate on someone improving in the gym

If you do x50 reps with 5kg bells it works out equivalent to lifting 25kg for 10 reps, and less chance of injury. WAGMI

No worries mate, all I could afford were the 5 lb weights, each day we improve and that’s all that matters.

Don't worry. Just think, statistically, you have to be orders of magnitude better at something else than the guy looking at you at the gym.

we all start somewhere, anyone jusging you has no right. Better to start small than to never start.

Whenever I see a really skinny guy or fat guy in the gym, no matter what they are doing, I'm only ever thinking: "At least he's in here trying to better himself". I never really have negative thoughts about these people in the gym. Do your thing.
