I'm so fricking tired of seeing portions look like this by fitness experts who say they eat 3000 kcal a day, like there the FRICK do they get their kcal from if their dinners look like this? Do they just sit all day eating protein bars and shakes at home 24/7? Why the FRICK does my plate contain 4 chicken drumsticks and 300g of rice that barely fits into a plate and theirs look like this, and yet they are buff and claim to eat 3000 kcal a day while I'm struggling to hit 2500?

Eat calories dense food like aged cheese or nuts in the morning, eat your macro at midday and fill what's left before sleep.

No. So my schedule looks like this. I head out from my house around 12AM and immediately have lunch. I get work done and go to the gym at 4PM. I'm done by 5PM and arrive at my house at 6PM, when I start to make dinner. I cook about 200g of whatever protein I have, for example minced meat with 15% fat and I make 150g of pasta, for example. My plate is overflowing and I've also had lunch in the day already. Dinner is ready by about 7PM.
I eat this huge dinner. I don't count my calories, I'm not a bodybuilder, just exercising and trying to shatay in shape. I finish this huge dinner and I'm full for many hours. Rest of the day I'm home. At around 11PM-12PM I start have cravings, when I might make a sandwich or something (maybe here I can add a snack)
But up until this. I've had two HUGE meals. One normal serving of lunch which I tend to eat outside, like kebab, heavy bowl, some heavy salad or whatever and then a very heavy dinner.
Then I look at youtube, and I see pic related eat the fricking picture in the OP as his dinner. It looks pathetic compared to my plates. So what the frick am I doing wrong. Should I eat smaller dinners and just chug eggs instead like a fricking homosexual? I won't get full from 100g pasta and 100g protein. It's fricking pathetic.
Is that what I have to do? Eat like a girl and then fill the rest of my stomach with cheap sources of nutrients like eggs and milk? Is that the way you do it?

I don't eat tiny meals, but I do have cheats/hacks if I don't hit my goal. 1/4th cup of sunflower seeds are 200 calories and can be eaten in 2 minutes. Half cup of Walnuts is nearly 400 calories. Influencers are all on Test you can't trust anything they say.
