what are you anxious about? go take a walk in the sun fella
thats the thing: im not anxious about anything. its just like this persistent feeling of tension and discomfort without any direction or cause. i do like the sun though.
You literally just need to sleep. Focus on good sleep hygiene (no laying in bed browsing the 4chins), and going to bed at the same time every day. Take melatonin supplements before bed.
i take melatonin and i read for an hour and meditate for 15 minutes before i go to bed at 11.
Check your BP

I have this. I find that going cold turkey from the internet helps a lot. I have no idea why.

Thank you for the Eggs, Egg God
Being completely serious here: drink more alcohol
No, it is not good for you. No, it is not a cure for anything. Yes, it can disrupt healthy sleep cycles. You don't have a healthy sleep cycle. You have a hyperactive brain and you need to turn the fricking thing off for long enough that it stops waking you up in panic mode after 3 hours. Vodka+mineral water+lemon juice is a healthy enough option or you can just be a man and get some bourbon
im tempted but i know its a bad idea
That's exactly how my best friend became a serious alcoholic. He's been to rehab several times. One time he had a seizure so bad he dislocated his shoulder. Just recently he was riding his bike while drunk and crashed into a car and had to get surgery. Yes, it works for sleep but it's really not a solution, just a temporary fix with risks.
Maybe your friend should quit being a fricking butthole trying to ride his bike drunk
i can't afford to be an alky anymore, too bad i had some good times
I work nights, long commutes to work, it's hell. I want good sleep so badly
Zoloft
>doesn't sleep
>"why do I feel anxious"
you're moronic
In all seriousness: Yoga and meditation a couple of hours before you go to bed. Stretch out your muscles, joints and ligaments, so you release the toxins that has built up in your body (drink a frickload of water after each session). Clear your head by thinking of nothing and just be present in your body and mind.
>supplements
Watch out for too buch B vitamins. I was having insomnia and anxiety despite doing eveything right. Turns out the b6 in my ZMAs and the B vitamins in my multivitamin, plus the added B vitamins in hydrations drinks and other shit were the cause. Try cutting your supps for a few days and avoid shit with added vitamins.
maybe get checked out for sleep apnea? It destroyed my sleep and caused severe anxiety. to the point where I couldn't even go out.
lol let me guess
also
>9 hours daily on the internet
>blast ur brainwaves with music before sleep
>bluelightmaxxer
>scrolls social media/gets angry at the news
>gives 0 frick about calming ur brain or taking melotonin
I've been there so I know how insufferable people like that are. Just stop using the internet or do 2 hours of theta waves and do some really simple boring activity like a game u can play with ur mind turnet off + melotonin
