Im struggling with my cut. I have no issues eating 180g of protein and lifting four days a week. But I just can’t stay below 1800 calories. Then the weeks I do go 7 days under 1800 I lose maybe a pound. How the frick do you lean c**ts do it?

I don't know how small you are but my GF cuts with calories that low.

Yeah dude I just can’t. Doesn’t help my wife owns bakery and brings home baguettes Every fricking day. I go the entire day eating tuna fish, chicken, and carrots but when she comes home with her baguette I always end up having wine and baguette with her on the patio.

Yeah it’s nice and I like spending time with her it’s just about an extra 600 calories at the end of the day.calories that are entirely complex carbs

1lb per week is actually really good. Maybe you just have unrealistic expectations. Most diets aim for 1lb a week. You can lose more sure, but 1lb is typically the benchmark for a great diet and more than 1lb is reserved for firness experts and people with special guidance.
I was hoping for 2lbs per week. I only started lifting a year ago and this is my first time cutting weight so maybe I am being unrealistic

Eat at maintenance, do enough physical activity to put you at that deficit.
