I'm already in a size 12. Finding 12 1/2 is a pain in the ass. 13 is too large.

      Op here
If you've only lost 30 lbs in 7 months, you're eating too many calories. I lose 1-2lbs a week still. At first it was way faster. Like 20-40lbs every week or so. Most of that was water.

You want to cycle one day a week where you carbo load. SMALL plate of pasta for dinner or a single burrito. Then back to boiled chicken and veggies the rest of the week.

It's not hunger you're feeling, it's ketosis. They feel similar but they are not the same thing. Ketosis feels kinda good, where hunger just plain hurts. Wait until you get a cramp in your abdomen to actually eat that day. You only feel dizzy at first. You will adjust. Took a solid 8 weeks for my body to "accept" the new lifestyle. Then another like 6 for the effects to adjust. Now I feel normal. Clean. Your body is full of toxins that it mistakes for food. It's not food. You need to detox. That helped me more than anything. You want to look for seaweed detox kits. They taste like shit. The pills don't work. This is the powder I used. It'll clean you out.

At your weight you should be losing 5lbs a week if you're actually trying.

What is it with all this meme stuff? Losing 5 pounds a week is silly. I would have no muscle left. I'll stick with the slow grind and be able to do my dips and handstands, thanks. That said yeah I've been lazy at times and also doing too much biking making me hungry. Lately I got it all under control again. So should be under 230 by end of month. Close to 220 by end of year. Happy with that.

I don't sink into the bed anymore. Seats. Clothes fit better. I went from a 3x to a medium.
