    Their energy drinks taste great
    (especially when on a cut)
    Their protein is probably tasty.
Just note Ghost is definitely a zoomer approved brand.
Basically the Prime of protein powders.

just get unflavoured and add whatever you want to it instead. Banana's, some 80% dark chocolate, milk, done.

      This.

Unflavoured is good on its own though. Very creamy and tasty with milk too.

Not him but I just buy Optimum Nutrition unflavoured.
Do not buy MyProtein unflavoured, it has a weird, almost cheese-like, taste to it.

I'd seen a bit about the 'Ghost' brand on here and in my gym, so i ordered what was the only option from my regular fitness site. Got 'fruit loops' flavour as it was the only option. It was bar none the worst protein I've ever had by quite a distance, even with other bad flavours I've had they were never as far removed as this one. I persisted through it for a while then through out half the tub in the end.

      Anonymous

I got the alani nu froot loops flavor, same results lol, maybe it's just an awful flavor.

      Anonymous

For whey protein you need something rich in flavor it's why chocolate is always the normal flavor. "fruit loops,' is too fruity that it doesn't come through.

If you want to have a fruity flavor use it in bcaa's or waxy maize/ dextrose powder.

Some people actually enjoy the tates and drink it because it has good macros and it tastes good. Not everyone who uses it is loading up with 3 scoops a day to meet their macros. Even so on a coat basis whose it's still one of the cheapest g of protein per dollar. I swear people on this site cannot comprehend other people enjoying things they can't

    >sugar laden protein powder
Just eat meat, it’s healthier, better protein, and cheaper.

Has zero sugar. I do eat meat, but I'm not going to eat 200g protein worth of meat every day

      >cheaper
Per gram of protein? Highly doubtful.

Yeah one pound of chicken breast is $3.50 and there's 130g of protein. Whey is cheap but not that cheap

          Anonymous

I’m in Canada and it’s like $7.50/lb oof

The obvious benefit of protein powder is the convenience. I can down 25-40 grams protein while working versus eating chicken breast all the time.

This one is amazing. That said, it’s super pricey and there are way cheaper ways to get protein

  9. 6 months ago

Probably tastes like ass. I don’t know why it’s so hard for companies to make a protein powder that doesn’t terrible. I would buy it 100% but they keep releasing all these trash products.

A friend of mine has one of the cereal flavored ones from Ghost and really likes it.
I use Levels Protein. Both whey and casein in vanilla and am very happy with it. Basically use no artificial additives in their products so their flavors are more limited but the basics are covered. Apparently the strawberry one is excellent. I would look at Naked Nutrition too, but theirs is definitely on the pricier side per unit mass.

I’m thinking of getting the Oreo flavor when it’s Black Friday.
    Is it good?

      Anonymous

It’s pretty good but after a while I get sick of it because it can be sort of cloying especially the cereal milk flavors. Chips ahoy was nice though and right now I’m doing marshmallow cereal milk. It’s pricey and meme flavored but it’s a nice treat.
I bought some Costco brand (LeanFit? The vanilla one) yesterday and had it twice. Decent price and not too bad, sort of insipid compared to Ghost but that’s not a bad thing. I had it in a smoothie with blueberries and yogurt and then plain.

Oreo was good but I preferred chips ahoy. Surprisingly the Nutterbutter was good too, I thought it would have a weird artificial peanut flavor but I enjoyed it.

i checked it out, but that brand has all kinds of artificial coloring in it that triggers my adhd. last week i decided to try jocko molk cuz it was on sale two for one, wow that shit is legit good, but i normally can't afford $44 for two pounds, so i won't be getting it again unless there's another sale which i doubt cuz they were just getting rid of the last of the plastic tubs for cheap cuz they're switching to bags now.

Just so you know, its about 1/3rd filler as a percentage of calories. Its not a good powder. A good prrotien powder should have no more than 110 calories for 24g of protein.

No, you are. "Picrel" wasn't originally a synonym for "the thing in the picture". People would make a statement and follow it up with "pic related". Then you stupid zoomer c**ts came and shortened it to "picrel" and started overusing it. have a nice day.

the fruity cereal milk one is, bar none, the best tasting protein powder on the market. my local GNC is running a deal on them, not sure if that's nation wide, but it's a good chance to stock up as they are pretty pricey. I plan on trying the coconut ice cream one next.
