              My muscles basically suck at relaxing. When I get up from my chair my muscles do immense strength for a few seconds as opposed to just a few instants. Doc says it's like I'm on the gym lifting 24/7.

              Basically it's not something you would want to have as it's probably uncomfortable, I say "probably" because idk how it feels to NOT have this, since I always had it I don't feel particularly uncomfortable but I guess if you never had it and then suddenly started having it you'd hate it

                He says my muscles are currently stable, if I started lifting they'd grow even more and because of how my condition works the more muscles I have, the less mobility I get.

                He tells me to try boxing instead, there was a boxer called "Toy Tiger" who had the condition and he almost became world champion, had to quit because of brain damage though

                So are allowed to do boxing? What about other disciplines like swimming? Are you allowed to do that too?

                Yes but I'm not good at swimming because cold water makes my muscles tense up thus making me sink (and not swim effectively)

                Also because of the nature of my condition I am not good at sports that require relaxing muscles before contracting them. Think of football where I need to take turns running and standing still, whenever I have to start running my legs would freeze a bit so I can't play effectively.

                Boxing is an exception because you can jump on the spot 24/7 to keep muscles from relaxing, at least that's what Toy Tiger did apparently.

                All I do currently is running, I can run for hours nonstop but if I stop for even a few seconds my legs lock up

                Ooh that is not as bad as I thought. I am pussy whem it comes to getting hit in the head. Therefore boxing is not my discipline so best I can do is wish you luck. Can you at least do low weight kettlebell bs or it would end up being harmul too?
