I'm trying to cut out estrogen foods so I can take finasteride without getting gyno
Here's my changes so far
>Milk, whey
Replaced with legumes and nuts (no söy)
>red meat
Replaced with chicken breast
>grains
Replaced with sweet potatoes and berries
Added leafy vegetables
Am I doing this right?
Since fin increases testosterone shouldn't you be doing the opposite of this?
It raises both test and estrogen
Why the frick there is no simple guide on all the hormones in human body and their effects?
Because its all a huge meme and none of it matters a single percent
This person is right, fellow ISTners.org-ers, nothing to see here
Thank you for being sane fellow anon
you sound like a giant nerd
Rather be a nerd than have breasts
>>Milk, whey
>Replaced with legumes and nuts (no söy)
Nobody tell him. He's moronic enough to take troon meds
Goyslop-fed cattle milk for babies in a microplastic jug seems like it would have more estrogen than peas
Absolutely. Peas and Troon meds are a match made in heaven.
I just want to keep my hair
And I'm sure that the depression and limp dick you're gonna give yourself are absolutely worth it.
Did you ever stop coping even for one moment and think what stressed you to the point of losing your hair? It's not your genetics.
There are different types of hair loss
Stress and shitty diet makes hair thin on the top of the scalp and patchy all over
Genetic pattern baldness is losing in your temples and that's what I have
So to answer my question, you never stopped coping.
Okay, take the troon meds, eat the nuts and I wish you best of lack in your transition.
Milk raises estrogen by a fraction of a percent. It simply makes no difference. Onions is the only one that might be bad, but only if you’re eating an absolute ton of it.
You should be much more concerned about keeping body fat percentage below 20% than you should about dietary estrogen, because body fat aromatizes testosterone into estrogen.
