    If it's just
    >rice
    >raw fish
    >seaweed
    >a bit of avocado and cucumber
it'd be ok. But all that tempura, artificial crab, special fancy sauce type stuff is basically goyslop. Also sushi seems kinda spendy for omad everyday.

      Just vegetables.

If you're making and rolling it yourself, I don't see why not. If you're buying it, how tf are you affording that?

      It's only like 4$ a roll.

A veegtable roll is like 200 calories. You really wanna spend 40+ bucks a day on rice and veggies dude?

For my omad I allow myself to have 300 to 700 calories. And I meant sushi just for today.

Nope, he hasn't started. It's not a disorder yet. It's not a terrible thing to do, rest assured OP will probably indulge soon after and realize exactly what his body needs based on what isn't getting, using sushi as a reference point isn't a bad idea.

Omad is silly though, unless you're competing in something.

If you are eating 3-700 calories of vegetables you are not getting enough protein

I skip breakfast I eat a serving of nigiri almost everyday for lunch and usually dinner is a cup of normal steamed rice with fish or pork or beef wash it down with whole milk sometimes I have roasted brussel sprouts or broccoli as a side for dinner on a normal day between those two meals and any energy drinks/snacking I end up at 3000+ cal a day give or take I work 8 hours a day of minimal labor with some heavy lifting I haven’t gained weight in years but using this type of diet I went from a hundredish pounds overweight to perfect healthy weight for my height and I haven’t dipped below that yet either I also don’t know if it’s placebo or if my skin has just gotten that much tighter and it was always this way but I feel like I get noticeably bigger muscle wise if I do any exercise outside of work admittedly I need to begin cardio now that I’ve lost so much weight my only real excuse is laziness

    >I'm trying to lose weight.
focus more on working out than changing your diet. Overcoming a physical pain is much easier than denying yourself a pleasure. Eventually the pleasure from food becomes less appealing than the pleasure from the workout. You'll make it.

Its also less efficient. Stop trying to be smart and let the man do what works

Eat salads, if you need to lost weight your brain already doesn’t work right, you need nutrients, you won’t be able to keep it up if you starve your already starved brain

Or supplementmaxx or make green smoothies or something. You need protein and nutrients
