    i just turned 24. number one rule: stay out of the sun and wear sunblock if you're going to be outdoors
    don't drink alcohol or smoke regularly
    get regular and quality sleep
    eat nutritious food
    walk a lot if you can't do any other form of exercise
    don't surround yourself with stressful people
    and finally be grateful for what you do have before it's too late

      You just become alot slower and it's extremely challenging to hold onto any mass or gain any, unless it's fat. You just become optimized to build fat.

        Your physical peak lasts from 25-35, roughly of course. You aren't going to notice aging from a physical aspect until well into your 40s. Your attitude is misplaced, avoid injury, take care of your body and it will take care of you.
