It does get uncomfortable if you're not sleeping on McMattresses that drowns and hugs the sleeping person. Sleeping on flat bed/surfaces restricts bloodflow in elbows, triceps, also you need a good amount of elevating pillows if you want to sleep on your side because wide upper body or else you would risk injuring your neck. People tend to change their posture in the middle of deep sleep which exacerbates the problem further.
