That's like saying "what shoes do you wear to prevent a headache"?

If you don't want an overuse injury, don't overuse.

If you’ve been working out for years you’ll realize a lot of overuse injuries are partially related to recovery and repair. Some of that is sleep and a lot of it is diet. Obviously there is the obvious component of how much you lift but that isn’t what I’m asking.

so wait until you're recovered before training again

              nice argument

Everything else being equal, over training threshold is partially influence by sleep partially influenced by diet (you have control over these and can improve these) and diet is what I’m asking about.so saying to not train too much is avoiding my question. literally calling you stupid is all you deserve for that.

the only thing you're asking is how to recover quicker

And so you felt the need to say to work out less? Obviously that’s the very first thing that comes to anyone’s mind. why even bother posting that?

                lol these people can’t read
vitamin D, A, C, and B will help with recovery
either supplement or go outside for D, eggs or liver for A, fruits like kiwi and orange for C and B idk

Sounds good thanks. I don’t mind people who are dumb or can’t read it just irritates me when they say dumb shit and then they try to pretend you’re the one that’s stupid or isn’t thinking clearly. I’ve been trying to get more vitamin C lately. I hear that the form it comes in with multivitamins often times doesn’t even work.

You're the one who's stupid OP. If you're getting injured stop working out as much.

If you want to attain your goals you need to find out what your limits are.(how hard and how frequently you train) With the right tools and knowledge you can push your limits further and train more often or harder without injury. even if it’s only a 5% increase that has large effects over time. literally just stop posting. You have 0 knowledge to share and just garbage thoughts.
