Injury recovery

Hi all, does anyone have experience with injury recovery? I have a problem with spraining my lower back, my physical therapist said no deads, bench, squats. What does one do in a situation like this? Anyone experienced this and know the solution?

      Lol i knew a guy who constantly acted like the biggest badass ever but would make up random reasons why he couldnt lift up something or fight somebody and one time this was it and it sounded so weird i thought he made it up

    Find a different PT with a passion for the weights who will help you rehab instead of saying “no deads”

    I just don't do squats or deadlifts anymore. Slipped a disc at 28 just doing a warm up squat set with 40kg inc bar. Had even stretched beforehand.

    In my opinion big legs REALLY isn't worth spinal issues. I have literally zero sensation in my left foot now and live permanently in fear of fucking myself just putting socks on.
