my tolerance went down, so another cup of coffee started to give me cocaine-tier kick again. That and I stopped seeing blood dots on toilet paper.

Then how do you know you are done wiping? The blood is what shows you have wiped enough.

The tremors came on slowly on the second day. I was sweating strapped to the bed unable to think or concentrate. I had a vicious nausea. Then the hallucinations started. I cracked a Wild Cherry Pepsi and it all went away in a flash.

Caffeine abuse has left me with an arrhythmia, annoying more then anything else. Some days it's not so bad but some nights suck

      >A prolonged excited state (action potential) and delayed relaxation (QT interval) are known to increase the risk of arrhythmia and sudden death, and estrogen, which causes those changes in humans, causes sudden cardiac death in susceptible rabbits, with an adrenergic stimulant increasing the arrhythmias, and progesterone and androgen preventing them (Odening et al., 2012). Progesterone's protective effect seems to be the result of accelerating recovery of the resting state (Cheng, et al., 2012).

Pregnenolone and androgens would probably help with arrhythmia as would thiamine (vitamin B1) and riboflavin (vitamin B2)

    • Caffeine: A vitamin-like nutrient, or adaptogen
    https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/caffeine.shtml
    > One definition of a vitamin is that it is an organic chemical found in foods, the lack of which causes a specific disease, or group of diseases. A variety of substances that have been proposed to be vitamins haven’t been recognized as being essential, and some substances that aren’t essential are sometimes called vitamins. Sometimes these issues haven’t had enough scientific investigation, but often nonscientific forces regulate nutritional ideas.

    >The definition of “a disease” isn’t as clear as text-book writers have implied, and “causality” in biology is always more complex than we like to believe.

    >Nutrition is one of the most important sciences, and should certainly be as prestigious and well financed as astrophysics and nuclear physics, but while people say “it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure that out,” no one says “it doesn’t take a nutritionist to understand that.” Partly, that’s because medicine treated scientific nutrition as an illegitimate step-child, and refused throughout the 20th century to recognize that it is a central part of scientific health care.

I used to drink 3-4 cups of black coffee a day for a couple of years. Stopped about 7 months ago & will have the occasional green tea. I didn’t really notice any changes after giving it up.

It's been one month. Dark eye circles are going away. Sleep has improved very slightly so far. Better digestion. Coffee specifically will inhibit your body's ability to absorb nutrients. It inhibits collagen uptake, so your skin become more wrinkly faster. It's really a terrible drug. Just understand that they want you sick and weak, so everything they tell you is good is bad and everything that is bad is good. There are no exceptions to this rule. Yes vegetables are bad. I know we've all been brainwashed since we were capable of understanding words that plants are good for you. They're all highly toxic because they don't want to be eaten. Coffee and caffeine is naturally bitter. Bitterness is naturally repulsive to humans. Of course we can be convinced otherwise. Most humans don't consume black coffee for a reason.

used to consume 500mg+ per day for many years, think i had adrenal fatigue from it. dont support the caffeine israelite. it inhibits your logical brain in favor of fight or flight responses. regular consumption causes physical addiction.
when you have caffeine addiction, you need to consume it to return your energy and focus levels to normal non-dependence baseline. many think its performance enhancing, and it is for physical activities, but its not for your brain. decision making and logical non-emotional thinking is inhibited greatly when the adrenal response is activated by caffeine.
    >TL;DR it turns your brain off infavor of physical energy and strength. which would explain why its pushed by israelites on the masses, so they continue to perform their manual labor & not think too much about the world they live in.

Angsty for a few days, a bit of headache, then it went away, and slept better. Went from 5 (2dl) cup a day (without sugar) for a year or so, to nothing at all for months, and had no crawing for it whatsoever, then got bored or tired and drink some again. But not a big deal, coffee can be skipped easily, and no long term sideeffect. What really fricks you up is the sugar, if you consume it with sugar. Your system might only desire caffeine, try skipping the sugar first, no sweetener either, because those cause cancer. Also you can try mint tea, because you might just want a warm beverage, not even caffeine, you can consume that in unlimited quantity.
