intuitive mindful eating

I find that if i think too much about calories or lessening my portions i just get stressed and that causes my binge response to go crazy and i end up pigging out.

If i just don't think about food much and ignore calories and don't obsess over portions too much and just simply chose smaller portions without thinking about it, i don't pig out.

      Drink a lot of coffee and eat dried squid and eat steak with potatoes once a day every day.

      no its the opposite, i have control if i don't stress myself out, i can eat less as long as i don't overthink it or count calories which makes me binge as a stress response. I can eat less if i don't think about it and simply have smaller portions without thinking about it.

    You don't pig out because of any "stress" or "binge response". You're not a robot that has predetermined responses to input. You CHOOSE to pig out and look for excuses to rationalize your behavior. Stop being a slave and take accountability for your actions.

    Nah that's just pussy vocabulary. You sound like a fat woman. That's just weak mentality. I've quitted smoking weed and tobacco after years of abuse and I was exactly like that, head filled with excuses and justifications.

    Weak and disgusting. That's why fat people are so repulsive, it's not because they're fat, it's because they're just weak. They don't have enough courage to face reality and change it to be better. It's easier to fool yourself, but you're not fooling anyone else.

    Count your calories until you don't have to, that could mean you get thin and healthy or you get so used to eating healthy you don't have to force yourself anymore and just by practicing you know what and how much to eat.

    Do you know why I don't binge eat? Because I only buy what I need for a week, and I can only eat what I have at home, and I have to cook it before I can eat it, and I have to ration it because otherwise I won't have enough to eat at the end of the week.
