So I'm currently 15.3% body fat (I'm basically in the middle of a cut) and I can definitely see my Abs more but I don't think it's that impressive even though I've been told that I look more shredded.
Do you think 15% can be considered lean or is it too high body fat?
My objective is to achieve 10.5% Body Fat.
It's All Fucked Shirt $22.14 |
DMT Has Friends For Me Shirt $21.68 |
It's All Fucked Shirt $22.14 |
At least 3 percent more
15% is pretty damn lean. 10.5% is like magazine cover ready without camera tricks. It's only a few points off of stage ready where 200mg of sodium is the difference between looking like an anatomy chart and being almost blurry to look at
15% is not lean. At bare minimum 12%. 10% is your basic abs. 8% is your magazine abs
12-15% is lean enough to see abs. Most professional athletes are around this range and you can see their abs. 12% and under would be hell to maintain.
The anime character in the OP is 10% and that's the type of abs everybody wants. 12% isn't going to cut it if you really want to have abs
>hard to maintain
Stop being a b***h
Why do you think professional athletes have high body fat percentage? And why don't professional bodybuilders maintain 10% body fat year round? You lose performance in training moron. Also affects mood and memory and brain function.
>Why do you think professional athletes have high body fat percentage
None if us are professional athletes
>why don't professional bodybuilders maintain 10% body fat year round
None of us are professional bodybuilders
>You lose performance in training moron
I don't give a frick about arbitrary lifting numbers. I only want abs. The numbers mean nothing. A 2pl8 bench or a 1pl8 bench doesn't matter as long as I look good
>Also affects mood and memory and brain function
Stop being a pussy
nta anon, post body moron, ~12% right now and dropping to and staying at 10% is a b***h
At your weight the difference between 12% and 10% should be like 5 lbs...
how heavy am I then?
Based on your height around those lockers you're under 6ft. You might be 160.
Damn all pretty close, I'm 158 but you still haven't posted bodies, so your opinion is irrelevant.
My experience with being leaner: last year I was leaner, wrestling at 142, I barely ate and wasn't loosing weight. Eating around 2000 calories a day
like 155 kek
damn you just got frickin checkmated
your refusal to post body says it all
it's joever for you
you should just balloon up to 40% body fat, maybe you can get rich doing a feeder fetish onlyfans like nikocado (who is your spiritual brother)
this is 15-16%
homie said about 12% lmao. Dude is delusional. homies see a glimmer of abs under perfect lighting and claim they are 10% bf
Bro you're fat. 15% at best. Lose some weight and then you can claim "it's hard to maintain" right now only thing that's hard for you is keeping cheeseburgers out of your mouth.
>~12%
oh it's a typo
>~21%
Fixed it for you
you talk a lot of shit for someone who hasn't posted body, fatty
Add 3-4%
few percentage higher than 12% there lad
>12% and under would be hell to maintain.
It only becomes hard when you go around 10%. 12% is what you see some teenagers in high school sit around with no effort at all due to a faster metabolism during their post-pubescent development.
>Most professional athletes are around this range and you can see their abs
Source? Women will skew the results upwards if you're just citing an average since they have higher BF% in general. If you're concluding from what you believe 12-15% should look like, then you're likely mistaken.
Exaggerating much?
15% is the bare minimum when it comes to being Lean
Does your face look lean though? Do you have visible 6 pack abs? That should be the main objective.
>Is 15% Body Fat lean enough?
no, it should be the upper range for when you end a bulk
12% max to be lean.
The simple truth is that you are a homosexual, OP. It's that simple.
A pro soccer player (mid fielder) has, on average, 13-14% body fat. Do you really need to be much leaner than that? Ask yourself.
Soccer is for gays
American post.
>currently 15.3% body fat
LOL, how do you know? Did you get a Dexa scan? Not even the machine can give that accuracy.
Back to your question, get as lean as you want but we know 12% is the healthy limit. Beyond that it's just suffering.
>t.got at about 10%bf ONCE and has the worst time ever. Never again.
lean enough for what?
