Which is close to ideal idk why increments kg dbs come in but if you could get 22 kg dbs you'd be in the neighborhood of 5-6 reps and that would give you a bit more time to grow into them but you'd probably have to do more sets initially.

15k dumbbells is nothing if youre doing some kind of chest press.
