I've felt like this at 23-24. only did something by 25. as someone who started as endurance/cardio person I used my charm to win over people and woo girlfriends.
but it's better to get strong than to stay weak

22 is super late, you have like 3 years before passive development stops and your life becomes a battle against atrophy

      Shut up mossad demoralizer
Nothing is fricked until your test levels start going down in your 40s, and even then it's not over you just have to work harder

When your natural test starts to drop is when you need to lift the most to keep any semblance of strength and vitality in your body as it gets older. Being a 70 year old hunchback who can barely maintain himself in his two feet is something you can totally prevent.

Test levels don't max out until 30s and you don't start losing muscle mass until 50s or later and even then men can still put on muscle in their 70s

    life ends at 18

Unironically though, 18 is time to stop fricking around. I blame public school tbh, putting peoples lives on rails until it is literally over? Plus a lot of people would be better off starting work at 12 or so.

You should be bench pressing one pl8 per a decade of being alive. Yes that means if you couldn't lift lmao 1pl8 at 10, you're behind. You better catch up quick, you have 8 years to reach 3pl8, and then the real challenge to reach 7pl8 before retirement.

I don’t understand this. I’m in the same exact boat, also 24 and 6’ but very ugly. But I also enjoy working and the community there as well as having more money to buy stuff I want. Why do you think being a neet sounds good. I feel like it’s the exact opposite of what you should do.

    i started at 29
    lost 70 kilos from 150 to 80
    no loose skin because
    >fasting
    at 31 i can 1/2/2/4 and i found a virgin gf
i know it sounds like a larp but it isn't bro you can do it it's never too late
i was a grandmaster lol addict neet
    now I'm managing an office
but now i don't know where to go
last 3 months all my lifts stall, my job seems boring and idk what to do
the path felt fulfilling, but now after reaching the goals i feel like i cba to do anything at all.

      buy land
      establish a food forest
raise chickens for eggs and rabbits for meat
      build a workshop
this will be the best inheritance you could give your children, land will become scarce/extremely expensive in a few decades
      oh also, have kids

these questions are so fricking annoying. Its never too late to get in shape, the best time to start is yesterday, the next best time is today, like shut the frick up

  22. 3 months ago
    Anonymous

Yes unironically everyone saying otherwise is a loser. If you aren’t in decent shape by 22 you will just have loose skin and will be years behind normal people anyways. There’s no point in lifting if you’re below 5’11
