/fir/ is a bunch of weak beta gays. I am but a humble electrician but I did a job at a gym once and found out I can out squat, out press, and out deadlift so many of you weak cunts. I'm 178 lbs @ 6' and I could OHP 1pl8 for reps the first time I ever tried it in my life. Also was able to do 10 reps of 275lbs deadlift the one and only time I've ever tried in my life. Y'all weak gays need to get out of the gym and get strong IRL.

I am aware, considering this was a gym inside a high school and I only did it because there was a bar on the ground with 2 pl8+25lbs on either side already loaded. The 10 reps wasn't hard but I had a job to do and didn't have time to fiddle too much with the weight. Just repped it out on a few lifts and went back to work. The point is I see people on fit all the time that are excited about doing barely more weight than that after years of training. I can also close and hold a CoC 1.5 with both hands

This story was from 2 years ago. I'm fat now (189 lbs) but much stronger too. The only exercise I do outside of work is pullups. Can do 4 reps at +45lbs. Not impressive, I know, but I do it inconsistently and sporadically. I can climb scaffolding without using legs at all.
It feels like the answer is no, but we just had a 20 year old IST kid join us. He is lean and has bigger arms/forearms/chest than me but he constantly complains that tasks that I now think are trivial are difficult and tiring. He looks jacked af but he is so weak and it has really awoken me to how weak gymfags are. He honestly looks 10x better than me but he is pathetically weak and constantly makes me kek with how weak he is on the job. I realize most of IST are likely as weak as he is or moreso, since he looms better than 90% of the posters here. He'll get stronger over the next 6 months or so though.
i'm a weak fatty at 6'2" and I ruined my shoulders doing front squats, can't do ohp now because I get i grinding pain in my left shoulder, though I still do them either way, just warm up very slowly. Need to grow them delts I suppose because front squats felt more natural than back squats to me.
