Is a 315 bench achievable lean and natty?

I'm 6'4 190 and 1rm is currently 260lb. Been stalled for 6 months. Do I need to pork up and become a powershitter?

I'm 6'4" same as you, it's a little low of a weight anon. Slow bulk your way up to 215lb over the course of a year, you'll maintain your leanness and see your lifts rise

A meme which is better than doing what you're currently doing for 6 months and hitting the same wall again and again

no matter how you feel about your appearance right now 190 at 6'4" is too light.

stop falling for the bulking meme.

you absolutely do not need to bulk or be big to lift big. youtube is filled with dyels weighing 160lbs that lift 315lbs (and some even more). you need to just learn how to bench and specialize in it.

      >youtube is filled with dyels weighing 160lbs that lift 315lbs
they're not 6'4". You have no idea how far the bar has to move for someone with arms that long.

To answer your question OP, 190 is extremely light for that height. Shoot for like 220. Remember the 6'4" guys in /plg/ (your fat powershitters) are like 350+.

idc, its still relative dyelness. im not saying op needs to be 160lbs, he can be dyel for his height

Be can't though. Bench is something that shorter guys can inflate in ways that taller guys can't.

The best way to hit any number on any left is to work up to it and ultimately be a little bit fatter than whatever you're perfect ideal is, then cut. Instead of trying to hit an impressive strength number while being around 10-11% body fat, your odds of actually hitting it are way higher if you let your bodyfat drift up a little bit along the way.

Dang alright guess I need to bulk. It's too bad because I'm a total chincel so I really only look good lean. But I suppose I can cut back down later.
