I just got my doctorate. I'm by no means part of that "sphere" or clique, but have managed to date within that clique because of good looks I guess. Stopped dating models altogether after that relationship though. It's just not worth it as more often than not they have severe personality disorders and view relationships and people transactionally.

Or do they just stay in their hometown for their whole life, maybe making a trip to a milwaukee-sized city a few times to feel worldly? I lived in NYC for 10 years, and in dense and diverse cities like that, people with features like this are a dime a dozen. The world is full of people who are just born like this but you have to be in the biggest international cities most of the time to see how common it is, and also small town america is not what I would call super attractive. Having grown up in a small new england town and traveled the country a lot, small town america has the universal pilgrim-face features descended from germans/irish/british people... blobby, ruddy, plain, glow-in-the-dark white, ages like shit.
One of my good friends in nyc is a successful runway model who's done campaigns for big labels, and when I hang around her, everyone looks like your picrel and it would be out of the ordinary for someone to look plain. It is more the norm there and if you walk down the street, 1 in 4 people have insane beautiful facial features like this. This is true of most of the big international cities, not just nyc... tokyo, paris, berlin, london. One thing I also learned from this model friend is that when you look like this, you don't stay in your hometown unless you're improbably unlucky. You're scouted as a model and all the work is in big cities, so you move there
