It's true. Breathing also makes your body lazy. Don't breath for as long as you can to improve cardiovascular system
>here's that kid I was telling you about
How did he end up looking worse than when he began, seriously?
The power of veganism.
Wow it’s like not eating and taking 100 vitamins a day isn’t good for you. Who would have thought?
Maybe it's all the pressure on him from being in the press and all
He lost a lot of weight very fast too..
also used lasers, know for melting face fat
There's aging gracefully and then there's whatever this poor soul is doing
We are just a lot more used to seeing women fall into the trap than men
I think we will mostly see men fall to this now, because they still want a young girl to love them when their crazy b***h eventually ends the relationship, or they never had one at all
It's true. Digestion also makes your body lazy. Don't digest for as long as you can to improve your metabolism.
Not the same
I stopped using moisturizer about three months ago and it fixed my chronic seborrheic dermatitis. My skin’s usually quite oily (presumably due to my ethnic background) and it turns out I had been feeding the yeast that leads to flaking and redness instead of allowing my face to self-moisturize after cleansing because I was listening to conventional advice about how important moisturizing is.
I have the dermitis thing too, rashy skin with the flakes everywhere right?
I seem to be stuck with it either way..
As I believe it’s caused by my ulcerative colitis
>rashy skin with the flakes everywhere right?
Yes, especially under the mustache and beard, at the hairline, and on the sides of the nose next to the nostrils. My skin stays clear with regular, gentle washing now, after the initial period of drying out the skin until the overgrowth of Malassezia yeast dies off. I only use tiny dabs of moisturizer around the eyes and mouth if my skin happens to feel incredibly tight.
So, yours only went away washing with only water, or a cleanser? And how often?
And I’m assuming you don’t use sunscreen?
Washing with water and a cleanser 1-2 times per day, after waking and/or before bed as needed based on how grody my skin felt.
I used to wear sunscreen every day, but now I apply it a lot less often. I definitely use it on days after applying tretinoin, which used to be a daily routine but I’ve scaled back, also informed by how my skin feels.
The idea for this all came after reading about washing with saltwater as a possible treatment for seborrheic dermatitis. I didn’t have any of the dead sea salt that was recommended, but I saw immediate results after washing without it.
Seems a lot of cleansing anon, what sort of cleanser is it?
I’m surprised you can use tret with the condition, I’m on 1% Retinol with vit C and some moisture stuff thrown in, you know how it is
Can never get the ingredient alone
yes you moron
if you're not wearing sunscreen, moisturizing, and using a retinoid it's over
I use Retinol 1% twice a week but nothing else, I avoid the sun on those days so no worry
>I avoid the sun on those days so no worry
get a mineral sunscreen moron
Too hard to remove anon
I have dermatitis rash
What the frick is this
Cheesy Pizza
No.
Its just so your skin does not get dry, if your skin is already oily like mine then putting a moisturiser will just create acne or even if its not totally oily.
What is really needed is sunscreen and if you want retinol or some sort of retinoid
I can’t use sunscreen because I have to rub my face a lot to remove it
(I use the zinc stuff)
My skin is super sensitive and I get a rash after rubbing it down..
More harm that good anon
Get better sunscreen idk. Different anon but chemical sunscreen should be fine (unless you already tried that and that also fricked up your skin). Are you using a cleanser or are you just trying to wash it off with water?
Cleanser didn’t work, I tried using coconut oil first, then a cleanser after, then rubbed with a cloth.
Pretty ugly process, plus the oil breaks me out.
I don’t like the chemical stuff anon
I get less than half an hour sun a day and live in Europe if that matters
coconut oil is comedogenic, don't put it on your face
>I get less than half an hour sun a day and live in Europe if that matters
Yeah just don't bother then if you don't get much sun at all, do cleanser moisturizer retinol should be good enough if you don't get much sun. Not ideal but if sunscreen really is that bad for you, don't bother at least for now
It’s the dermitis thing I have wrong with me, causes the sensitive skin and freaky rashes.
Most moisturers burn me up too
you need to use moisturizer that's meant for oily skin, it'll make your skin less oily.
Welcome to the wonderful world of IST, kid!
Now that you're 18, you're finally old enough to post although I assume you've been lurking since you were younger haha
Stay safe and enjoy your stay bud!
For anti aging specifically, suncream is the most important, but moisturizing is still good especially if you have dry skin like me. Also retinol is good for anti wrinkles too and you could also try vitamin c which will also help stop sun damage.
The annoying thing about the vitamin Cs and stuff is the huge ingredient list..
This (hyuralonic acid serum) is the single best thing you can use for moisturizer for your face.
>oldgay 42, look 35.
