Idk what happened to me but at 19 my acne got 5X worse its still so awful at 21 my forehead looks so bad I had to grow bangs but my hair is greasy so it made it worse.
Tried retionols which helped a bit but still seems like a lost cause I even tried antibiotics but I think it just messed me up worse. I know this stuff will age me a decade and frick me up worse but what do I have to lose...
I didn't have any side effects other than mildly dry lips
Have you been to a doctor
Yeah they don't help besides recommending drugs.
I think my health has gotten worse in the last 2 years but no clue whats wrong. I keep getting tests done even if someone told me I had some disease I would feel better I would at least know why this is happening all I can conclude is that karma has caught up to me
>take finasteride
>DHT craters
>all my acne goes away
DHT simps will hate this 1 weird fact
I am not a high T person so I don't think this is the cause also its worse then the peak of puberty.
Sorry bro I am not taking your trannie ED meds. And I don't have shit hair genes so I am never going bald either but enjoy being a castrated gimp
lmao pussies
my dick works just fine, rock hard erections all the same
finasteride is literally one of the healthiest substances you can consume
cope!
git sperm motility checked. i'm so sorry anon
you call people pussies because they don't take finasteride? interdasting... keep consoooming pharma products, anon. you are the masculine ideal.
you vaxxed btw?
does your feminine benis still work?
accutane was quite gnarly for me, but it definitely worked. I took it almost 20 years ago and have only dealt with the occasional zit since then.
I don't think it aged me, although I have something of a babbyface. it made my face peel horribly while I was on it tho, and my lips got hella chapped. if your acne is as bad as you say, then it could be worth it for you. have you tried doing an elimination diet to see if it is caused by something you are eating?
Depends. Are you willing to risk losing your hair, risk having permanently dry lips, chronic dry eyes, and also chug water 24/7? I say risk because it doesn't happen to everyone and side effects aren't always permanent. I needed it because my shit was really really fricked and it worked for me.
Got dry eyes 2 months in with a low dose and 2 years after I hopped off I still use eye drops in the morning when I wake up and after I shower. Hair started falling out in the last month of my usage but stopped and grew back around 4 months after stopping, however hair thickness permanently dropped by 15%.
If you ever get on it, make sure your doc doesn't give you a high dosage and always push for low doses instead. This shit basically dries you inside and outside so you MUST chug water at all times. You will wake up fatigued and sluggish because you're dehdyrated, chug water and it will go away. 90% of side effects from it are because you didn't hydrate like your life was on the line, it is. Drink water till your piss is clear, and then when it's clear, drink more water.
Sounds like a pretty horrible situation I would go on the lowest possible dose
are you deficient in any vitamins? I read about a guy who cured his cystic acne by taking zinc.
Not that I know about but now that you mention when I masterbate a lot it gets worse
you should get bloodwork and see if you're deficient. it could cause acne if you are deficient in certain ones.
accutane is basically vitamin a in a concentrated form in terms of what it does(without all of the side effects of a vit a overdose). it might be good to try vitamins and supplements before accutane
sounds likes its entirely hormonal then
No refunds
My personal opinion is use Differin for a year first and if that doesn't work then just roll the dice.
Differin is the only thing that helped my acne, anitbiotics did frick all.
It's better to roll the dice since severe acne puts you in a great disadvantage for everything in the modern environment.
Isn't differen the same as tretoion?
Differin is better IMO. It's newer and gentler and the best part it's over the counter and cheap. You can walk into CVS right now and pick it up.
Just remember to moisturize with one that has sunscreen as it's makes your skin more sensitive to the sun and can dry it out.
It takes a full year to see benefit and you have to use consistently.
Give it a try.
Retionol 100% works it speeds up skin regeneration I will use it regardless if I do accutane or not to get rid of scars.
But I stopped doing to test diet and my skin now is worse then ever trying a new diet. Problem with retionol is all it can do is speed up the healing process it does no good if your constantly creating new wounds to be healed. No matter how fast you speed up healing you can't outdo constant damage
Differin and Tret are more powerful than retionol are specifically acne treatment. Retinol is for anti aging which Differin does as well.
You want Retinoids like Differin to fight acne. Don't get retinol.
20k IU vitamin D orally daily
carrot salad daily
dont mess with pharma troony meds when your issue stems from the gut.
Whats carrot salad do?
ignore moron posts.
Go derm. Get all mineral blood tests with derm to check for deficiencies. Reduce Dairy and processed sugar intake as much as possible. Accutane can make permanent depression/cripple you/immunocompromise.
-exfoliate every day when you get home
-only touch your face after you washed it and dried with clean paper towel
-only dry face with clean paper towel
-sleep on clean pillow sheets every day
-use benzoyl peroxide every day on places where u get acne, avoid near eyes and at least let it stay on for 4-6 hours.
-avoid everything containing dairy, read the labels of everything
if all this didn't help accutane is the only solution.
I got pretty chapped lips. I was probably going to go insane two years later anyway. I think of what a naive bluepilled cuck I was in so many ways and realize it can't have been a drug.
It's definitely a tough choice. The only thing that worked for me though. At the time knowing what I know now I still would have taken it because I was in high school and fricking miserable. That being said it is no fricking joke. I'm pretty sure it gave me permanent depression issues and may have tanked my test as well. I also had brutal dryness when taking it to the point where I could barely eat because my lips wear tear when I opened my mouth. My face also got way worse because of the purging and then looked like a fricking horror show from the dryness. Nobody told me about fricking moisturizer and I looked like death. Eventually though it cleared up and my skin was good. Over 40 now and on TRT and it's fine. You have to think it through for sure but it does work wonders. Just remember that it's no joke and a serious drug.
Don’t listen to all the morons
>just take a shower and do this ray peat protocol bro
Take Accutane and see a dermatologist, do a low dose over a longer period you will not regret it’s the best decision I’ve made and I should have done it years ago, do it before you get permanent scars on your body
This. OP will frick around with protocols he read on fourchandotcom for years, nothing will work, then in immense frustration he’ll go on Accutane and realize he should stop taking health advice from morons on the internet.
If nothing else (clean food, no dairy, sleep, exercise, facial cleanliness) works, use Accutane. Exhaust all
other options first as Accutane suppresses hormones and causes permanent change in sebum production.
I was on it and it basically solved acne issues. Has been around 3/4 years since. Now tho my skin is perma dry when it used to be pretty oily. I also may or may not have had gotten depression then but could have just been a variety of issues lining up at the same time. I would say if you acne is really bad then sure. If you start feeling side affects too hard tho stop.
Yes, I didn't have any side effects other than annoyingly dry lips.
Also, depression isn't real.
'tane damages the brain. makes sense.
Any side effects are peanuts compared to how socially debilitating it is to have bad acne. I know holistic b***hes who were stubborn about it for years and now couldn’t be happier that they did it.
honestly once I stopped drinking things immensely improved. I also make sure I shower every evening (and morning) and use toner to clean my skin better.
if your acne reaches a point where your body cant suppress it normally anymore and doc takes a look at how much the mass of bullshit flowing in your blood grown up to say other acne treatment wont be effective or deep enough to fix it, then they call accutane.
it works. its just gives you a few months of trouble. dry lips and nose that bleeds from dryness which can be fixed by you moisturising them manually, and some other minor things you need to care for.
If you really have some serious issue as you say, I would start as soon as possible because you may start getting some of these giantic deep tissue acnes that have great chances of leaving permenant craters and scars on your face.

was meaning to respond to
but it just generically replied to the thread. Idk why. Speaking of site issues I am suddenly reminded of Moot and asiaticmoot and how longs it been since I have heard anyone speak of them on this site. I'm not even an old gay wth...
I used to have severe acne like that. It completely went away when I stopped having any milk.
Cutting down on super oily food is good too, but the milk was the culprit for me. Still have some acne scars from popping zits and shit from before, but my face is totally clear.
Hope that helps, worth trying imo
It's a tough call. Accutane is not great for you and there have been reports of pretty scary long term consequences. On the other hand, I'm 29 now and still have acne. Sometimes I do wish I would have just done it and got it over with. My face is too scarred and I don't care enough anymore though. If you do decide to do it, I would do it now and not wait.
what is your diet like? My acne dropped off the face of a cliff once i ditched fast food and goyslop. i would try everything natural or preventative before hopping on drugs.
