Almost all are. It's food made as cheap as possible with the quality requirement being only passable at best. Chipotle, Sweet Greens, Chick-fil-A, and Boston Market are the only fast food places that come to mind where you can get a decently healthy meal
Why would all fast food be bad?
#1: Bad macro ratios.
#2: The quality of the food is usually bad since you don't know how old it is. Ususally preservatives are used to maintain it's outward appearance and keep it from rotting away. Preservatives which can cause inflamation and over years can lead to cancer.
#3: Flavour enhancers which try to make the meal taste better artificially by using chemicals. The end result is the same as with preservatives, they enter the body and it doesn't like obvious poison in it's system so it revolts, over long periods of time leading to malfunctions in the rebuilding phase of the body.
#4: The different chemicals that are used for one food product, let's say fries, come together with the chemicals in another food product, let's say burgers, and get more toxic because the reaction of those chemicals coming together is even worse for the body then if you had just consumed one or the other.
#5: It may be addictive. Now food is naturally addictive to a certain degree, but I personally don't get a random craving for chinese takeout as I do for homecooked meals. Maybe it's just my body craving the most calorie dense, soium and glutamate layered stuff it has in it's memory, but I wouldn't put it ast them to put actual crack in there, if the authority for food control is incompetent again.

Not inherently. There's a burger stand in my town that's been there since the 60's just uses good simple ingredients, not goyslop it's as good as a burger you'd make at home. I think a ton of sauces is still not a good thing though.
There are no good or bad foods Ina vacuum. There are only food or bad foods when compared to each other. Is a roast beef sandwich bad? Compared to what? Deep fried butter? No. Oatmeal with berries? Sure.
No anon. Is human feces mixed with pinecones ever good food? I'd say no, because contained in the very definition of 'food' is a baseline of normal good food. From that we can base other foods off of it, saying they're good food or bad food.
Yes not because it has to be but because of what they do to make it less perishable, to cut costs, and make it hyper palatable. Then make up the difference with fries and soda. Things like sushi are essentially fast food but it's expensive. Lamb kofta is pretty wholesome too again expensive.
Remember a month or so ago there was a test done on kebab stores in my city. Out of the ten tested stores only one had very good quality and one had a good quality lol. Five in total passed the test by the given standards and the rest was below the guidelines. 50/50, but it's no wonder when meat stands out all day long.
>Is all ultra processed slop pumped full of salt, fat, artificial flavorings, dyes and cornsyrup bad for you?
Just make "fast food" at home. It's probably not gonna be fast anymore but sure it will be tasty and will not frick you up.
Yes
Chick-fil-A and Chipotle are the only national fast food chains with actual healthy options.
If I could have a chipotle macro bowl every day I would.
what about red robin if you get the option for wrapping the borgor in lettuce instead of bun?
Probably has more fat than protein. Definitely mitigates the empty calories, but I wouldn't consider it a healthy option.
>red robin
yummmmm

Honeygrow and Wawa also have decent options if you're in the east coast.

Didnt ask, dont care
Looks like I win the debate then.

>kebab
Mixed meat (chicken and beef) , vegetables, don't take any sauces and extra salt.

>tumors in food
Is regular meat tumor-free? How do you know?
