Is anyone else just content with how they look?

And if so, how do you get the motivation to keep pushing yourself? I'm by no means saying I have the perfect body, and I'm gunna lose a few more lbs now that summer is here to get my abs looking better, but I've pretty much reached my personal goal body and I'm finding myself just wanting to chill and bask in the sun all day instead of working out. Has anyone else experienced this feeling and pushed through it?

Your legs being twigs should be motivation enough.

Stop trying to impose your fetish on others, homosexual. Bulky legs look moronic without an Arnold-tier torso.

You can't even see my legs from this angle, my legs are actually pretty good, especially my calves.

No cope here, i wear shorts proudly with these bad boys.

yeah im in the same boat OP. I just keep setting different goals, start training in a modality you have never tried before just for the hell of it. Recently ive started swimming and also plan to start training olympic lifts

I think maybe I do just need to set myself some new goals and change it up a bit. I might get back into running again to get some cardio gains and do high rep and HIIT style training to get super shredded.

There is a term for the phenomenon where after you get somewhat decent at something, or somewhat knowledgeable about something, your motivation to get better dies down. I forget the term for it, some shit like "intermediate syndrome" but since I found out there's a name for it I try to actively avoid it, and ask myself how good I can be, rather than how good I already am.

I think it's called diminishing returns and being realistic

Nah, you still need to keep it.

Im happy with with myself since i was 20 but i still keep trying. You need to diet and keep lift. Not like you get to a point, then can never step into the gym again and keep your body. It fades out.

That's because you look good and likely aren't terminally online. Keep up the good work and ignore the homosexuals in this thread who will try to be mean because they have nothing better to do.

unfortunately I've never experience that feeling because I've never been able to look like this

that physique imo is an ideal goal, it implies youth and athleticism, and that is more than I could ever ask for

You look like total shot but that's because your "content" that's literally a lower passive homosexual mindset it really won't get you anywhere and the picture of your body proves this. Other than that you type like a massive homosexual and clearly are on

You sound very mad. Calm down and retype your comment so I can at least understand what you're saying.

      What's your routine?

I don't really have a solid consistent routine right now. But the general gist of my workout days would be /chest and shoulders/ /back and traps/ /legs/ /arms and forearms/ and I throw triceps and rest days in whenever I feel like. I think I structured that routine to go as hard as I can and be recovered enough for my next training day, it's not too different from a PPL I guess. This is not how I built my physique through, I'd recommend following any good bodybuilders routine and see what works the best, even the old school guys routines are good.

A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; A time of war, and a time of peace.

    >a time to lift, and a time to chill.

Same here. I wrote a new 4-day routine for myself that doesn't have me in the gym on weekends. Could I do more? Probably. But I'm happy with where I'm at and I'm having fun enjoying other things. I've started playing pick up sports a lot more with friends and strangers and I've been having a blast. Turns out all those RDLs have made me a lot quicker and given me a nice vertical jump.

pretty much. i got a lean look with a small amount of muscle that im satisfied with. its not perfect but its good enough considering i started from skinnyfat.

All it took was getting to 20+ pullups and benching my bodyweight 10+ times.

yeah you look good for normie standarts, work on more ab definition and bring your legs up a lil bit, heavy squats and RDLs will give you good mass, also calves.
