        I am 5'7"/ 172cm and, while it has been a while since I weighed myself, likely 123 lbs/56 kg. I have not lifted since the Saturday after Thanksgiving and will do so again tomorrow morning.
        We will gain muscle, therefore weight, over the coming weeks. Best wishes, anon.

        yeah dawg, you're underweight. Just try to snack more throughout the day (on healthy stuff so you don't feel like shit) and try to slowly eat more and more. If you don't eat a full solid meal (many such cases) try to eat at least one. If one, try for two. Over time you'll be able to increase your food intake without feeling like garbage and your body will fill out healthily. I'd also recommend doing a bit of basic exercise if you don't already. Walking, jogging, calisthenics, whatever really, just do a bare minimum. This will help your body use that food to properly build you up and increase your appetite as well. No need to overdo it, a little goes a long way at the start (though if you find a passion for working out that's awesome). Good luck, you aren't fricked rn but it would definitely be healthy for you to put a bit more size on.

          You absolutely 100% would benefit from packing some muscle, so do it - weightlifting + eating protein basically - but at 5'4 you probably should focus more on growing your social skills and your wallet because a buff short dude is not impressive (still better than skinny short)
