If you mean 65kg for each arm, (so 130kg total) that's pretty good for 10 reps.
If you mean 65kg total weight with both arms, come on. I weigh 77kg and I don't even bother doing anything below 70kg because it just seems so effortless. I might do it as like the 4th superset in order to really get the last reps out. But generally I don't really even go there.
