Is being able to OHP my waifu a good goal?

Currently 6'5 at 170 pounds. Basically I want to be able to OHP 47 kg (how much Misato Katsuragi weighs). I like lifting becuase it makes me feel good but I have trouble setting specific goals because I'm only doing it for fun. Is this a good goal?

My current OHP is 65 pounds for 10 reps.

    Yes. It's shouldn't be you end goal but if it gets you motivated in the meantime then great. You have no idea how wet girls get when can OHP them without obvious effort. And being able to toss them around like a toy is just fun.

    Bear in mind that there's a big difference between lifting a bar and lifting a person. Sandbags are a decent analogue when it comes to balance and shit.
    I unironically bought a 50 kg sandbag so I could include clean and press lmao1wife into my routine.

      I unironically do them to be able to OHP my future gf. Right now I can do 1pl8 with a light bar (20+20+7kg) for reps so I think I could at least 1gfmax, if she weights around 55kg.
      I always fantasize about it when I'm talking to the gym qt.

      Just because you can OHP a 47kg barbell does not mean you could OHP a girl of the same weight. A barbell is much more ergonomic. To OHP a girl of the same weight you would need a higher OHP weight to compensate for the inefficiencies of lifting a person.

      Fingering her like a bowling ball would give you a better grip.

OP is also light for his height so he’s got quite a way to go. It took me a while to get to 50kg for 6 reps and I started out like OP

      OHP is the one lift that really benefits a short and fat build, and it's crazy how much.
      I know short fat guys who OHP 2pl8 for reps. I OHP 1pl8 for 3, average height, decent build. I see tall guys who can't press shit despite being heavier and huge.

    180cm, 74ish kgs. I am a dyel, recovering skelly. Can do 50kgs x 5 on OHP, could MAYBE 1RM 60kgs. Is that a good enough result for someone who's been lifting for under a year?

    All my other lifts are rather pathetic in comparison, for example I can barely bench 70kgs for like 4-5 reps on a good day. Deads, when I do them, are like in the 100-110 kgs range, so most of the time I just deload and do them 80-90 times 10 for 3 sets. Don't do squats because frick that to death.

    yes, when I started I couldnt bench toshino kyoko, now i can rep her OHP.

    Just make sure u use strict form, remember that it's not moving the weight that makes you tronger, it's contracting your muscles
