Is being this lean sustainable?

Is being this lean sustainable? By sustainable I mean having a strict diet that doesn't make you feel like you are in a state of starvation forever. I know the dude had to use some shit to get this.

He posted vids doing oly and muscle ups in the past, he looks pretty much dyel and very flat IRL when not posing, most of his photos have heavy downlighting to create an illusion of mass. Seriously doubt he weighs 200lbs lean at that height.

There is no way he did only that, right?

Only 3x5 for chest and 3x5 for shoulders? Twice a week? That's just 6 sets for each muscle group per week. Just 30 reps.

Plus 2 warm up sets that ramp up to the work weight, but yes he did. I'm an oldgay loser who was around when he posted.

That might have something to do with it.

I mean he didn't have that much mass, he could get there slowly. Also he didn't roid for mass, he took something to burn fat but I can't remember what. Also there are pics of him to document the cut and with bodyfat on he looks DYEL.

He's not a very big guy why is that unbelievable? It's not optimal but you can be 100% sure you're recovering from it even if you take it to absolute failure. Just having progress you're not sliding back on will make you bigger than most people who go from untrained to ppl or body building splits with volume your body is not prepared to handle.

Yeah but it's tricky you have to pretty much know exactly how many carbs you're burning every day or cut a week every 2 or 3 months. 3rd option might be a 2 day fast at the end of every month but when you're that lean you've lost some metabolic flexibility because it's harder on all levels to burn fat ans might lose more muscle.

it's a bit low, but it's not like he is big, he is just aesthetic as frick because of his low bodyfat percentage, muscle insertions, and his balanced physique. He is also very short, which makes him look more muscular on pictures

No, it’s not. You’ll get tired of being on tren and you obviously can’t run gear forever. If you have an iron will you can stay close with a trt dose but you still won’t have that “look” that the guy in the pic has.

If you eat a BALANCED diet at maintenance you will never feel like you're starving. The problem is that you fat fricks think eating a shitty diet at or under maintenance makes it "clean".
