Do you require an explanation or do you have any more questions?

So why do people say it's bad?

        More like 186 calories.
It doesn't fill you up so much, so you tend to guzzle more.

American "bread" (ie cake)? Absolutely. You can get decent bread in other countries or make it at home though, but you still shouldn't make it a staple food.

we have tons of bread with zero sugar in the US, I always get sourdough from my grocery stores bakery. ketolards are just moronic and don't want to look at what they eat/buy and need someone else to do it for them. i guarantee all the "no carbs only meat!" morons buy packaged shit meat that is caked in sugar too

If it were cake, it would be an improvement. Most American bread is mushy white stuff.

I agree with this. What is with people having literal effete appetites? Despite being a substantial amount of calories, this would not be a difficult meal to pack down or very satiating at all.

    Refined grains yes.
    Whole grains no.

Insulin does not cause weight gain.
Gi spikes does not cause diabetes.

  8. 10 months ago

Overall yes but it is a bit better if you make your own. Making your own you can add all kinds of stuff to it like blueberries and whatnot. If you make your own it doesn't last as long since there are no Frankenstein preservatives like s0i, lecten or ethel estogens. It does make your kitchen smell really good if you make your own with a bread maker or coffee can bread. Also try to use a better quality flour like coconut or something, It'll be worth the extra buck or two.
    That's all I got.

Cheese *product "not real cheese" but darn does it taste good ..
    katchup = Corn syrup Suger

The ground beef and onions aren't inherently bad for you..

I'm convinced that a homemade grassed fed burger with real cheeses and katchup with real sugar maybe a whole grain bun.. is not bad for you

Nobody knows anything, the studies are extremely unreliable, and the nutritional "science" in general is a shitshow. Don't eat a lot of the same thing ever day and you're golden. Your genetics matter way more than anything you consume, just ask any 100+ year old.

      >Your genetics matter way more than anything you consume, just ask any 100+ year old.
And the quantities matter even more than genetics. This shit is simple, shills just want to muddy the water to keep normalgays weak, sick, and dependent on their next slop.

Yes it's basically chemically eating cake.

  13. 10 months ago

Not if you make it yourself from quality ingredients. Once you have the technique down it doesn't take long to make your own bread weekly

  14. 10 months ago

Its not as long as you don't go crazy with it. Literally only dyels get this autistic about food.

  15. 10 months ago

it only becomes bad if you put deadly shit like butter or nutella on it. otherwise it is good food if it has no added fat.

Is it a coincidence that the moment we started harvesting grains to make bread, our technological progress improved exponentially?
Bread is fuel for the brain, powershitter ketolards in this thread will go against it because of this.

Bread is alright as long as you eat the whole-grain variants with loads of fiber in it. The same goes for pasta (whole-grain) and (brown) rice.

    American bread is unhealthy:
Seed oils is like 20-30% of the calories, added iron, added vitamin A, preservatives, glyphosphate residue, gluten allergies due to childhood vaccines using gluten proteins.

If you live outside of America and get fresh baked bread made with maximum three ingredients, then it is a mana from heaven, a perfect food, and superior to white rice.

      I'm American (moronic)
The three ingredients are water, flour, and yeast?

  26. 10 months ago

It's super calorie dense per unit mass, so its easy to eat too much of it. Just like anything, it's bad in excess but fine in moderation.
