    I've switched from olive oil to butter many years ago, it's much better. Tastes better, results in better steaks and chicken. Never going back to oil.

    It's a good idea to try and get a spectrum of fats, so butter is fine provided you're using evoo other times, eating deenz, etc. If you have to autistically get all your fats from a single source then it's better if it's monounsaturared as it's the most inert, whilst saturated and polyunsaturated are metabolically active.
