Is cheese?

Is cheese IST? I want to get into it, but I have no idea there's a million different types. I feel like there's more to life than Kraft cheese. Any connoisseurs here?

High in saturated fat (bad fat), most cheeses are low in protein.

      >Is cheese IST?
Among the fittest foods you can possibly consume. I eat at least 200g of cheese daily, and feta is one of my favorites. I prefer goats cheese meself. Any type of cheese is good as long as it's actual cheese made from 100% milk and bacteria culture. Gouda, cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, feta, graviera, kefalotyri, gruyère, pecorino, etc. Pictured, me holding 800g of goats cheese.

Fact: this poster is fat and doesn't lift

      >cottage cheese
Just grab an empty glass bottle and go to a local farm so you can collect some raw milk. Let it sit for three to four days, and then strain the whey out. There you go.

anon, it's easier for me to buy cottage cheese than do all that. farms are far from where I live and I value my time.

I used to eat about 200g of feta every day until I realized the sourness (lactic acid) is messing up my stomach.
It's a good source of calcium, healthy fats and protein but you can easily overdo the fats and you would want a cheese that doesn't taste sour for everyday eating.
I just want to lose a bit of blubber doe so I limit my fat intake.

    Start by looking at labels.
How much protein % does each cheese have?
How many calories does each cheese have?
You'll quickly find out which cheeses avaliable near you are worth eating and which aren't.
