Coffee is a catalyst for many diseases. It causes a million side effects in all areas of your body.

    >stomach ulcers
    >sleep problems
    >reduces blood flow to the brain
    >reduces blood flow to penis (makes it shrink)
    >primary cause of dandruff
    >causes stinky adrenaline sweat
    >(if you don't drink coffee, you don't develop bad body odor, even if you don't shower for days)
    >causes poor digestion
    >nukes your gut microbiome
    >causes those eyebags that never seem to go away no matter how much you sleep

Ignore all studies that may peddle some supposed benefit. Scientists are cheaper and as disposable as prostitutes.
Those studies are made by people that believe COVID exists, trannies are women, and the quaxxine is safe and effective.

If you want to consume it because you like it, then it's your choice, but don't delude yourself with corrupt pseudoscience.

Coffee is widely known to have antibiotic effects. Anything that is antibiotic is harmful for your gut.
No source needed. You can Google "is coffee antibiotic" in less than 10 seconds.
Also, use your head. It causes people to shit. That's your body recognizing it took something toxic in and trying to get it out ASAP.

I think coffee today is where cigarettes were in the 60's and 70's. By about 2050, coffee will be taxed higher, and there will be warnings about certain diseases that coffee causes, all before it is eventually banned.

not because coffee is bad though, but because it is a stimulant, same as nicotine. Society will only allow depressants like weed and alcohol, because they keep people dull, docile and perfectly under control

Coffee is an integral part of the wageslavery system. It's a substance that's used to condition wagies for dull, soul-crushing work.
Just in the same way that street pimps get their hoes *hooked* on heroin or other drugs to enslave them. There's no workplace in the planet without a coffee machine.

yeah, and up to the 1990's you could still smoke in at your desk in an office or on a plane, now you have to go outside to the designated smoking area

productivity is a meme, we're less productive now than we were 20 years ago and it will get worse. All people need to do in current year is think less and consume more

anything's bad for you in high enough quantities. you should definitely be drinking water too tho
personally I've started trying to not drink coffee past noon, to help me sleep better at night. the half-life of caffeine in your system is 4 hours or so, and Uni got me in the habit of drinking an entire pot of drip coffee every morning.

    >Is coffee just bad?
It's not just bad, it's much worse. I'm also hooked and the side effects are pretty bad.
    > less desire to drink water (and coffee dehydrates)
    > random anxiety
    > sleep problems
    > fatigue
    > yellow teeth
    > time in toilet increase, need more toilet paper
    > drink coffee then make another one immediately
    > faster heartbeat
    > ADDICTION
2/10, don't recommend that. Good thing is I know in my heart the root cause and I am aware why I am compulsive coffee drinker. Can fix it and so can you

In my case, grief and sadness. I drink it because it's terribly bitter. It's not just about caffeine. I could get even moee of it from some tea.

I drank preworkout before every workout session for the past 4 years, I even drink coffee sometimes, though it makes me sleepy sometimes. I noticed my anxiety varies from day to day but when I take preworkout all anxiety I currently have turns into confidence. It somehow changes my mindset or whatever. I also have 0 health issues, though I can't sleep sometimes.

Damn, I sound moronic, maybe because I am on preworkout currently.

    Coffee is a bean/legume

What do we know about legumes and autoimmune issues and autoimmune corrective diets?

    Etc etc

Long story short and the biggest factor is despite a bunch of random studies claiming it's anti-inflammatory in some obscure way it contains a giant host of inflammatory properties and compounds. Your body and nervous system will be less stressed if you switch to another form of caffeine. The stuff is bitter and and it makes you feel the way it tastes.

That and it kills your gut microbiome, you'd expect as much from something that causes sudden powerful shits.

And on the subject of caffeine itself it decreases bloodflow and circulation everywhere not a huge issue if taken in moderation but chronic use will become an inevitable problem.
