If you ever want a crazy amount of caffeine then make a sort of “double shot” of Turkish coffee by using double the amount of coffee and water you’d normally use and pour it into a bigger cup.
only issue I have with it is that my tolerance creeps up over the months and I end up having very up and down energy levels. But stay away from Nestle and their slavery products lol
Only if it's freshly ground and of quality, as well as in moderate amounts. If you eat powderslop, or worse, pods, it's not. Bonus points if you become one of those quirky "haha I'm not a person without my morning coffee!" normiebots who drink like 5 cups a day.
Drink it because you enjoy it, and make sure it's good like the rest of your diet should be, don't drink it like a moron routine to "wake up"
Yeah life was hell the first two weeks. >panic attacks >depression >mild headaches >no motivation for work >first few lifts sucked
Now I can train intensely without caffeine. I’m more clear headed now and my anxiety is down.
im on day 5 right now, was on ~1g per day for a few years. no headaches because i tapered but i feel flat and lethargic all day. does it get any easier?
I’m nearing day 26 and I’m still lethargic but you need to push through. Around week 3 you will see it’s worth it, you will find yourself again, I never thought I could have quit tbh and people around me are actually kinda envious. Don’t drink that poison. Also try orange juice and more carbs in general
Withdrawal lasts 3 weeks, until then you have to push yourself to get shit done, which will increase your will power. However for most people it will never get really "easy" because caffeine is an extremely effective drug used daily by most people on earth, for a good reason. I have given up on a life free from caffeine but have found the sweet spot of taking 3-4 weeks off every 3 months to get my receptors virginised.
above is an addict justifying addiction. I am way more anxious on caffeine.

Brew myself a cup every morning and before the workout. Never had any issues.
based turkish coffee enjoyer. it's the best kind
Does turkish coffee actually taste any different? Or is it just fun to dip a spoon into hot sand
Hot sand is just a gimmick. Doing it over the stove works just as well.
And yeah, it can taste delicious if you make it right.

Based. I've never tried Turkish, but I'm a French press enjoyer

Just a wiff a joe
good question, as you know, things are either good (righteous) or bad (the devile)
instant coffee is bad
several orders of magnitude more estrogen than regular brew

Im 25 days caffeine free after years of abuse. (400mg+ per day easily) usually more than 6 shots of espresso
Any withdrawal symptoms?

Instant coffee is so underrated. The hate is undeserved.
I use it on my day to day so I can afford an actually nice bag once in a while. $20 for a bag of fresh roasted is way too much on a regular basis
is this a yurpoor take? It's pretty shit compared to a good drip
>irrelevant image, timeful lust wasting question
Literally BBC (big black coffee)
Jamal going to enjoy this exquisite shit while poor wh*te cuck timmy will waste time driving to starbucks getting latte
I pop a caffeine pill for the same effect.
