100% no. non-negotiable. well i cant talk for vegans as im not one but if you eat normal diet with red meat, it has 0 effect. Complete round zero. I do not lift a single kilogram more or perform another rep on/off creatine. Literal zero impact.

Creatine is extremely cheap. If you eat 1lb of beef, chicken, or some other muscle meat per day, then you probably do not need creatine supplements. If you are an ex-vegan/vegetarian who is deficient in creatine, it would help to get a 30 serving (about 150g) or so pack of creatine and take 20g/day for 4-7 days to fill your creatine stores.

Creatine does not cause balding. The only thing creatine does is get stored in the skeletal muscles so that it can be used for ATP production.

1 kg creatine costs me €20. at 3 g per day that'll last me a year. so yes, it's worth the money unless you're extremely poor.

Increases DHT and within 6 months I started thinning hard. 6 months after quitting hair looks better. 6 months is typically how long it takes for your hair follicles to react to changes. Do with this information as you wish.

I don’t get you tards that say to take creatine when caffeine is cheaper and won’t make your hair fall out

Leave it to IST to spew unsubstantiated bullshit. The DHT thing came from one early study that has never been replicated, and there are now hundreds of studies looking at creatine. None of them suggested creatine supplementation leads to hair loss. If you lose your hair taking creatine, you were always going to lose your hair. Sucks to suck.
